1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Use of the Platform
The platform is intended for B2B ordering and contract management. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse of the system.
3. Orders and Contracts
All orders placed through the platform are subject to your Long-Term Agreement (LTA) terms. Prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions are as specified in your contract. Order confirmations are binding once accepted.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in your LTA contract. Default terms may include Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for timely payment of all invoices.
5. Delivery and Fulfillment
Delivery timelines are as per your LTA. Al Qadi reserves the right to adjust delivery schedules due to circumstances beyond our control. Partial deliveries may occur when necessary.
6. Data and Privacy
We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such processing. Your business data is kept confidential and used only for service delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Al Qadi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order or transaction in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
